John. has been our Plummer for years now. Excellent !! A true Master at his craft hands down – stayed almost 9 hours on New year’s day & somehow patched up a very very old furnace that went – just so it would stay at 65 degrees in the house – it was a work of art Amazing he could do it. His workers admired his work the next day – Since it was about zero outside & had my elderly parents to worry about – and could not get a furnace that day- all his employees are wonderful -the “ other “John 🙂 and Billie all of them extremely professional, patient – have saved us many times – Grateful to know them and have them as our plumber never a worry –

John: I have used your company for several years to service my steam boiler every season and every year you send the same employee, Billie, who is excellent. He’s is always on time, efficient, clean and polite. Today, I had a toilet replaced by your company and you sent your employee, Mike. Again, your employee was on time, efficient, clean and polite. Great experience. Had a 35 year old gas furnace replaced this winter. They came out to look at it and came back the next day to replace it. Nice guys, worked quickly and no issues.

This thanksgiving I want to personally thank you for taking care of our family with our sewer plumbing and heating service needs. Every time when our family had an issue and needed a timely solution, you were available and promptly came to our assistance to solve the problem.
The most recent issue at my mother’s home, you and your team provided excellent service again, her home is currently warm and no current issues. Your company does many things correct, including using quality components and materials, which I appreciate. My mother commented the men that were at her home were, neat courteous and professional.

We can’t thank you enough for your generous donation of time, material and labor to help us with our furnace and heating system yesterday. Know that you and your family will be in our daily prayers.
We hope you had a wonderful thanksgiving and please feel free to stop by the Church any time you are in the Newark area. We are only a few blocks from the Home Depot on Springfield Ave. I forgot, you’ve been there already. Our dinner (hot lunch) is 12 noon Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday.
